Apparently, this series lasted a shorter period of time (approximately December 1975 through August 1976) and involved a much smaller number of comics -- since each stamp appeared only once or twice.

The Spider-Man puzzle is sort of an odd one, but a comparison of the shading and details of the Spider-Man on the cover of Amazing Spider-Man #131, by Gil Kane and Frank Giacoia, does appear to be a match to the Series B Spider-Man puzzle. But the thugs that Spidey is webbing are from Amazing Spider-Man #107, page 15, panel 1, by John Romita, Sr. Perhaps the buildings were drawn from scratch?
The Series B Fantastic Four puzzle is taken from Fantastic Four #126, p.21; a striking splash page by John Buscema and Joe Sinnott.
The Hulk puzzle is a very interesting cut and paste job! The pictures are from the 1975 hardcover Marvel Annual, published in the United Kingdom. If you study these covers, you'll see that the puzzle stamp actually consists of the body and background from the front cover, while the Hulk's face comes from the back cover. It looks like someone found the art for this book sitting around, and decided they didn't like the face on that front cover!
The Series B Silver Surfer puzzle features a Jack Kirby splash page from Fantastic Four #72, p.6.
The Series B Conan puzzle features striking Barry Windsor Smith artwork from the cover of Conan King-Size Special #1.
The Series B Dracula puzzle appears to be a "mirrored" version of Tomb of Dracula #1, with some touch-up alterations, particularly in the face. Perhaps removing the cover logo necessitated re-drawing Drac's head.
The Series B Thor puzzle was originally the cover to Tales of Asgard #1 (1968) by Jack Kirby and George Bell (George Roussos).
The Series B Doctor Strange puzzle features a Frank Brunner cover from Doctor Strange #1 (1974).
The Series B Captain America puzzle is taken from the cover of Captain America #112 by Jack Kirby and Frank Giacoia.
The Stan (the man) Lee "Series B" puzzle is a mirrored image from a Spider-Man audio album called "Reflections of a Rock Hero."
